01The pitch

We're not a marketing agency. We don't run your ads, we don't manage your social strategy, and we don't sell you leads. Your marketing is yours. We're the operations layer that makes sure it actually pays off — every lead followed up within 90 seconds, every jobsite photo turned into a Facebook post, every customer kept in the loop as their job moves through your pipeline. The stuff every owner knows they should be doing but never has time for. Done in the background, on your channels, in your writing style — not generic AI.

02What runs in the background

Eight automations. One platform.

All the work you know should be happening, happening — every day.

Speed-to-lead

The instant a lead comes in, you get an SMS with [Call] [Text] buttons. The lead gets an auto-reply within 30 seconds.

Lead nurture

Personalized follow-up sequences for leads that go cold. CASL-compliant out of the box.

Jobsite photo → FB post

Your crew texts a photo. AI writes the post in your writing style with the right hashtags. You approve in one tap.

Auto-blog publishing

Scheduled blog posts to Facebook on autopilot. Local-relevance keywords, your writing style, your hashtags.

Customer status updates

"Permits approved." "Install scheduled for Tuesday." Sent automatically as deals move through your pipeline.

Auto review requests

Job marked complete → SMS + email asking for a Google review and a Facebook recommendation. No gating.

Old lead revival

AI-drafted, non-salesy check-ins to dormant leads. Compliant with consent rules.

Competitor Intel

Read-only feed of what your top competitors are advertising. Informational only — you decide what to do with it.

2.5See the work

Three of them, up close.

Speed-to-lead

Lead enters your pipeline in 90 seconds, not 90 hours.

The instant a lead submits a Facebook Lead Ad, Google Lead Form, or your website form, you get a buzz on your phone. The lead, meanwhile, gets an auto-reply within 30 seconds: 'Hey Sarah, thanks for reaching out — Mike will be in touch shortly.' Most service businesses lose leads to whoever calls first. You'll never be second again.

Solar quote · Calgary · FB Lead Ad

Sarah's phone · 28 sec later

Hey Sarah, thanks for reaching out to E3 Solar— Mike will be in touch shortly. In the meantime, here's a quick guide to how residential solar pencils out in Alberta: [link]

Jobsite photo → Facebook post

Your crew posts content. They don't even know they're posting content.

A tech texts a finished-install photo to your business number. AI analyzes the image, writes a post that sounds like you wrote it (not a marketing department), with your hashtags, and SMS-es you a one-tap approval link. Tap approve → the post goes live on Facebook AND your Google Business Profile. Total time from your end: ~5 seconds.

Customer status updates

Customers stop calling 'where are we at?' because they already know.

Each pipeline stage has its own email template — and the email that fires says exactly what's been confirmed, never more. Move a deal to 'Permits approved'? Customer gets a permits-approved email (no install date promised). Schedule the install on the calendar with a date and crew? That triggers a separate install-scheduled email with the actual date. Each email reflects exactly what's true in the system.

Update from E3 Solar — permits approved

from mike@e3solar.com · today

Hi Sarah,

Quick update: your permits came back approved. We're cleared to move forward with your install.

We'll be in touch within a couple of days to lock in a date and crew. You'll get a separate email the moment that's confirmed.

Reply here with any questions.

– Mike, E3 Solar

One-sentence scheduling

Type "schedule Cody for the Smith install Friday." The calendar fills. Both texts go out.

One natural-sentence instruction does three things at once. The job lands on the calendar at the right date. The customer gets a text saying who's coming and when. The crew member gets a text with the address and a one-tap link to add it to their personal calendar. Office, customer, crew — synced from one message. No more juggling three apps.

2.6The platform underneath

And a complete platform. Not just automations.

The CRM, calendar, inbox, and dashboard your business runs on. Designed to replace whatever you're using today.

Contact CRM

One screen per contact: identity on the left, full chronological timeline on the right. Notes, photos, files, conversations, and activities — never tabbed away.

Configurable pipeline

Drag-and-drop kanban with stages YOUR business actually uses. Solar's stages aren't HVAC's stages. Auto-status-emails fire on stage transitions.

AI-driven calendar & dispatch

Type one sentence ('schedule Cody for the Smith install Friday') and three things happen: job lands on the calendar, customer gets a text, crew gets a text with a one-tap calendar link. Or use the manual UI. Either works.

Unified inbox

Every SMS, email, and call log for every contact, threaded in one place. No more 'where did Sarah message me?' across three apps.

Morning command center

One bookmarkable URL on your phone. Five-minute morning glance: leads overnight, posts pending approval, pipeline status, this-week summary.

One-click data export

Your data is yours. Export everything (contacts, leads, photos, conversations) as CSV + JSON any time, no questions asked. Real portability.

03The boundaries

What we are. What we're not.

So you know exactly what you're buying — and what we won't pretend to be.

We are

Operations.

The layer that makes your marketing actually pay off.

  • The operations layer for your business
  • Speed-to-lead infrastructure
  • Content automation in your writing style
  • Customer comms and status updates
  • CASL-compliant nurture

We are not

A marketing agency.

Hire one of those if you want strategy and ad spend.

  • Running your Facebook or Google ads
  • Managing your social media strategy
  • Marketing consultants
  • Selling you leads
  • Asking for your Facebook or Google passwords

We're the layer that makes sure all the work everyone else recommends actually gets done.

04How it works

Three steps from signup to live.

01

We set you up in a week

You fill out a 15-minute form. We do a 30-minute call to capture your writing style and your competitors. Your dashboard goes live within 5–7 days. We do all the configuration — you don't touch a markdown file.

02

Your day-to-day stays mobile

You get SMS notifications when leads come in or content needs approval. Tap the link, approve in 5 seconds. Real work happens on your phone where you already are.

03

Your morning command center

One bookmarkable web page shows you what your AI did overnight, what leads came in, and what needs your attention. Five minutes with your coffee.

07What you actually own

Three guarantees, baked in.

Not slogans. Architectural decisions you can verify.

Your passwords stay yours

We never ask for your Facebook, Google, or any other account passwords. Every connection uses bank-grade OAuth. Revoke us in two clicks from any service.

Your data is yours

One-click export of everything (contacts, leads, photos, conversations) any time, no questions. When you leave, you take it all. Written into the ToS in plain English.

You can leave whenever

Month-to-month. Cancel any time. We send you a complete export and delete your data 30 days later. Lock-in is what marketing agencies do, not us.

08Built by an operator

I built this for my own solar company.

Hi — I'm Carson, founder of E2 Solutions. I run E3 Solar, a residential solar installer based in the Fraser Valley and Alberta, serving customers across a lot of locations. I built Command Center because I couldn't find a tool that did the operations work I knew I should be doing — following up on leads, posting jobsite photos, asking for reviews, checking in with old leads.

The big “marketing platforms” wanted me to learn their UI and run my own strategy. I just wanted things to get done.

Command Center now runs E3 Solar's day-to-day operations. We're opening it up to a few other Canadian service businesses.

If you've ever closed your laptop at 9 PM thinking “I should follow up with that lead from Tuesday” — this is for you.

09Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

Does this replace my CRM?+

Yes. Command Center is a full CRM (contacts, pipeline, notes, photos, conversation history) built specifically for service businesses — designed to replace GoHighLevel, Jobber, or whatever you're using. You don't need both.

Can I keep my existing phone number?+

Yes. Three setups available: port your existing number, keep your personal cell exactly as-is (hybrid), or get a fresh dedicated business line. You pick during onboarding.

How long does setup take?+

5–7 days for most clients. Up to 3 weeks if you're porting an existing number from another carrier (your number works the whole time during port).

What if it doesn't work for my business?+

Cancel anytime. We export all your data and delete it 30 days later. No clawback, no fine print.

Are you a marketing agency?+

No. We don't run ads or do strategy. We automate the operations stuff you already know you should be doing.

Why Canada only right now?+

Focus. 60 Canadian SMB service businesses is a real, reachable goal — Canadian trades networks are tight, regulations are unified under CASL, and starting in one market means we can get every detail right. US expansion is a future move once Canadian clients are running smoothly.
